Nebulasexual is a newer label you may hear online. Tumblr users coined the term in 2014. People use “nebulasexual” when their sexuality feels unclear or hard to name. The word “nebula” fits because things can feel foggy. Here’s the basic idea:

A sex and relationship therapist, Annabelle Knight, said the feeling is not new. She said some neurodivergent people read body signals and emotions differently.
